The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CDM Co-ordinator /Health and Safety Adviser to become a part of our enthusiastic team. In addition to the duties of CDM Co-ordinator, you will be required to provide competent health and safety advice to clients and seek to expand the Company's client base.
Candidate Essential Requirements
- A full working knowledge of the duties of a CDM Co-ordinator, especially the issues of health and safety in the design process
- A thorough knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) (CDM) Regulations
- A minimum of 3 years experience in CDM Co-ordinator (Planning Supervision)
- Membership of the APS or other relevant bodies.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to integrate into and become a proactive member of a number of different design teams
- Be highly motivated with the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and have good IT skills
Candidate Desirable Requirements
- A professional qualification within the construction industry with membership of other professional bodies such as IOSH, IIRSM etc
- Experience of building and maintaining client relationships including sourcing new clients for the Company
