Project Overview: The scope consisted of the total refurbishment of nine individual Grade II listed town houses within a conservation area of London. Works comprised asbestos removal, repair and restoration of lath and plaster ceilings and walls, and the reconfiguring of mechanical and electrical services. Internal pre–planning was also undertaken to create five self contained apartments.

Battersea Reach Block E
Client: St George South London
Project Overview: Works comprised piling and groundwork to form a basement area. The construction of a 14–storey building comprising r.c frame, slabs and sheer walls with pre–cast reconstituted stone cladding panels and curtain walling/windows. Hard and soft landscaping completed the works.
