Project Overview: Work consisted the demolition and removal of the majority of the existing timber and steel mezzanine floors, together with the supporting timber stud walls.
A steel staircase at the southern end was also removed.
General removal of former services, fixtures and fittings also took place.
Severe damage occurred to 4 steel portal frames and the damaged rafters had to be renewed together with associated Z purlins.
The remainder of the existing asbestos corrugated sheeting was also removed and the whole roof renewed, with insulated metal roofing, including rooflights.
A damaged section of wall at the southern end was reconstructed and a new mezzanine floor introduced throughout the building.
The front offices and toilets were refurbished.
A new steel staircase in an enclosure was re–introduced at the southern end.
Generally floor and ceiling finishes were reinstated and the whole building redecorated internally.

Project Overview: The project comprised works for the Landlord, which included general refurbishment of the property, including common areas like toilets.
Works also included additional modifications required by the Tenant; these included a single storey extension, electrical and mechanical services both in the office areas and warehouse area, partitioning, ceilings and decoration |
