Medical Centre fit out, St George Wharf

Project Overview: Fit out parts of the ground and first floor of a multi storey structure to provide a Primary Care facility. The works included, but were not limited to, the construction of internal partition walls, suspended ceilings, and raised floors. Installation of full mechanical and electrical services, completed by wall and floor finishes.

Health Centre, Beckenham
Client: Bexley Bromley & Greenwich LIFT
Project Overview: The Beckenham Centre redevelopment involved the phased demolition and then reconstruction of the existing health centre. Users were decanted to a temporary village adjacent to the site until their area was ready for occupation. Enabling works provided new road access onto the site, plus a new electrical sub–station. After demolition the groundworks consisted of piling to accommodate the new ground floor slab. The proposed structure comprised a structural steelwork frame with pre–cast concrete planks for the ground floor and in situ concrete for the first and plant room floors. Pre–cast cladding and glazing was used for the façade and once completed the building was fitted as a health care facility. Hard and soft landscaping completed the project
