Client: Syracuse University
Project Overview: Project consisted the stripping out of some cellular office space to create additional open space. This also assisted in the creation of new common, study and dark rooms. Existing rooms were also reconfigured to suit new needs. The creation of a basic lecture theatre in the lower ground floor. There was also be some small electrical and mechanical works to suit the new layouts, including data cabling. Decoration of these areas completed the works.

Extension to Molecular Medicine Laboratory
Client: Oxford University
Project Overview: Removal of two staircases and the construction of new. The infilling and roofing over of the existing courtyard to create a restaurant and kitchen. The addition of one storey and plant room to create laboratories and specialist areas with support facilities. Major modification of existing and the installation of new services to suit the new, extended building
